If you are a service professional using Jobkeepr, we may collect:

Business users may enter limited customer information into Jobkeepr, including:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Job-related details
This information is used solely to deliver job-related services and transactional notifications initiated by the business user.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the Jobkeepr platform
- Deliver transactional notifications such as estimates, invoices, and service reminders
- Maintain system security and reliability
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We do not use phone numbers for marketing or promotional messaging.
SMS Messaging
Consent
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by checking an unchecked checkbox on the business's online booking form, which states: "I agree to receive SMS updates about my appointment, job status, estimates, and invoices from [Business Name]. Messages may include links. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
For phone or in-person bookings, staff read this consent statement verbatim and record consent in the Jobkeepr system. Customers may also text START to opt in. All opt-in records are stored securely in our database with a timestamp and the method of consent (web form, phone, in-person, or keyword).
Message Types & Frequency
If a phone number is provided and consent is obtained, Jobkeepr may be used by a business user to send transactional job-related messages such as:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician on-my-way notifications
- Estimate notifications (may include a link to view the estimate online)
- Invoice and payment notifications (may include a link to view or pay online)
Messages may contain links to securely view estimates, invoices, or appointment details on the Jobkeepr platform.
Frequency: Customers typically receive 1–5 messages per service engagement. Message volume depends on the services being performed. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
Opt-Out
Message recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. All STOP requests are honored immediately. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected].
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information only with:
- Service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., messaging or hosting providers)
