These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jobkeepr platform ("Service"). By accessing or using Jobkeepr, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Jobkeepr provides software tools that help service professionals manage jobs, estimates, invoices, and send transactional job-related notifications to customers.

Jobkeepr does not provide payment processing, professional services, or legal advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Obtain all necessary permissions and consent from customers before sending messages

You are responsible for the content you send using Jobkeepr.

3. SMS Messaging

If you use Jobkeepr to send SMS messages:

• Messages must be transactional and job-related only
• Marketing or promotional messaging is not permitted
• You must obtain consent from customers before sending SMS messages
• Message frequency varies; customers typically receive 1–5 messages per service engagement
• Messages may contain links to view estimates, invoices, or appointment details on the Jobkeepr platform
• Message and data rates may apply
• Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP; all STOP requests are honored immediately
• Recipients may reply HELP for assistance

Customers opt in to receive SMS by checking an unchecked checkbox on the business's online booking form or by texting START. For phone or in-person bookings, staff read the consent statement verbatim and record consent in the system. All opt-in records are stored securely with a timestamp and method of consent.

Jobkeepr is not responsible for carrier delays, filtering, or message delivery failures. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Jobkeepr to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Send marketing or promotional SMS messages
• Violate any laws, carrier rules, or third-party policies

5. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobkeepr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
