We should be straight about this, because pretending otherwise would waste your time. If you are running fifteen or more technicians with a dedicated dispatcher, ServiceTitan is a genuinely excellent product and Jobkeepr is not a substitute for it. Flat-rate pricebooks, membership programs, call recording tied to marketing spend, real dispatch boards, capacity planning. Nothing on our side matches that, and we are not trying to.
The implementation fee and the annual contract are not a scam either. At that scale you need the onboarding, and the software pays for itself.
The problem is what happens to the person who is not at that scale. A three-person shop books a demo, spends an hour on a call, and finds out at the end that the answer was never going to work. Publishing a starting price would have saved everyone the hour. That is the whole of our complaint, and it is why our price is at the top of this page rather than behind a form.
Enterprise software sold through a sales process is typically priced per-deal based on fleet size, modules needed, and negotiated terms, which is why you have to book a call rather than see a number on the page.
Reported figures vary by deal size and which modules are included; some implementations run higher. Either way it's a one-time cost Jobkeepr doesn't have, since setup is self-serve.
Generally once you're running multiple trucks with dispatch, call-center, and franchise-level reporting needs — the features the per-technician pricing and onboarding fee are built to support. Most 1-10 person shops don't reach that need.
