Ask Claude or ChatGPT what is on tomorrow. Tell it to book a job. It reads and updates your real Jobkeepr account, from the same app you already have open on your phone.

No commands to learn and no setup beyond connecting it once. You type or talk the way you already do.
What have I got on tomorrow?
Book the Hendersons for Thursday at 2, TV mount, garage.
What did I make on TV mounts last month?
Which invoices are more than 30 days late?
Move my 9am to Friday, same time.
Build an estimate for a 65 inch mount plus cable concealment.
This is the first thing most people ask, so here is the straight answer. We deliberately did not give the AI assistant the ability to send text messages. It is not a setting you have to remember to switch off. The capability is not there.
The reasoning is simple: a text cannot be unsent. Every other mistake an assistant could make, a job booked at the wrong time, an estimate priced wrong, you can see and fix inside Jobkeepr in a few seconds. A text that has already reached a customer is gone. So texting stays where it belongs, which is with you.
18 things in total. Nine that look something up, nine that change something. Your assistant only ever sees what your own login is allowed to see.

Ask it something
Try "what have I got tomorrow?" and see if it knows.
Connecting a custom connector requires a paid plan on Claude or ChatGPT. That is their requirement, not ours, and Jobkeepr does not charge anything extra for the connection.
Of the platforms most US contractors shortlist, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz, Service Fusion and Kickserv have no official connection like this. Some have projects built by unaffiliated developers, which may work well but are not supported by the vendor and mean trusting a stranger with your customer list. One Jobber bridge charges $47 a month, which is more than all of Jobkeepr costs.
We are not the first to do this. ServiceM8 released an official MCP server before we did, and theirs is good. If you are already on ServiceM8 you do not need to move to get this.
We think Jobkeepr is the better pick for a US solo operator or small crew: it is included in the $39, the code is public so you can see exactly what it touches, and it cannot message your customers. The full breakdown, including where competitors win, is in our comparison of every platform.
Most people can skip this. It is here because some of you will want to check.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is the open standard that lets an AI assistant connect to an outside system and act in it. Jobkeepr is the only field service platform with an open-source MCP server listed on the official registry.
